[PATCH t/op/stat.t] VMS has no link count

Confirmed with the VMS folks, VMS has no concept of a link count
(well, that's the short answer).  It would be nice if it returned
undef instead of 0 though.

That should leave t/run/switches.t as the last failure, and that's not
going to work until the problem of extra newlines on pipes is fixed. :(
