I was thinking of rejecting mail when the MAIL FROM is empty or set to
<> during the MAIL FROM stage.

Is this a good or bad idea?
Is this possible with any of the current plugins?

I can't find information on how to do it within the plugins or by googling.

I wonder if some legitimate mailers might not be setting the MAIL FROM
properly even though the message has a From header.  Does anyone have
experience with this issue?
