Good question. The problem is, there is no one but us to answer
that question. Or who are we waiting for?

It is currently part of the prototype perl6 compiler. We should discuss it here
unless we are going to move _all_ compiler discussion to another list (which
I am ok with if that is the consensus).

For now, I'd hoped we could keep it all on one list, until it becomes a 
problem.
