My Windows 2000 box got Configure.PL errors before I scrapped the directory
and checked out a clean copy.  I would have expected the tinderboxen to
download clean copies by default.

In case anyone cares, the errors I got were:

  Ack, some files were missing!  I can't continue running
  without everything here.  Please try to find the above
  files and then try running Configure again.

I didn't write this up or try to figure out what was wrong because a clean
checkout fixed it.  I don't consider it an error:  this type of thing just
happens sometimes.  I should have loaded a clean directory to start with.
