[netlabs #762] [PATCH] Allow imcc to create PMCs

The assembler syntax for PMCs changed from PerlHash to .PerlHash a
while ago and this patch allows imcc to use the new format. It may not
be an optimal patch - my lex knowledge is pretty small.
