This week, for its first meeting, the new PSC:

* discussed the nature of typing systems for Perl and what properties we
  find desirable vs not
* worked out a release schedule for the next few months of devel
  releases
* reviewed the PPC Tracker document. A few are now done, the rest need
  remainder nudge emails to their respective proposers
