PSC #087 2022-11-18

Hi,

PSC met today, all three of us attended.

* We briefly discussed conversion from C89 to C99. We think it's not
  really worth updating old code proactively, but definitely write in
  modern style.
* We talked about announcing the deprecation of smartmatch, it should
  be done soon.
* Paul has a (draft) PR to add pluggable infix operators, but it still
  needs more additions.

RFC review:

* RFC0013 overload support in join: PR was created, implementation work
  is ongoing
