Present: Neil, Paul, Rik

## Review of past actions

We reviewed various action points left over from previous meetings.
Those still outstanding are:

- Neil: follow up on https-out-of-the-box
- Rik: nudge Karl on source::encoding
- Rik: mull and retort on quote-words-arrayref
- Paul: follow up with Dan Book on RFC "${^ENGLISH_NAME} aliases for
  punctuation variables"
- Paul: reply to Yves thread to encourage a new Pre-RFC for part 1 of
  Pre-RFC "Implement UNIVERSAL::import() in universal.c..."

These roll into our actions for next week.

## Release Managers

We now have a list of people for some of the 5.37 development releases.
ALH has volunteered to do June’s release (thank you Matt), and a bunch
of people stepped forward, so now we have:

  June            Matthew H
  July            Nicolas R
  August          Neil B
  September       Karen E
  October         Todd R
  November        Max M
  December        Richard L
  January         Renée B

## Blead has broken Cpanel::JSON::XS

A very-long-deprecated (5.6-era) function was finally removed, and this
has broken Cpanel::JSON::XS. More detail at
https://github.com/Perl/perl5/issues/19842, including details of a
suggested fix. This is now reported upstream -
https://github.com/rurban/Cpanel-JSON-XS/issues/196

## RFC Tracker

We reviewed the list of RFCs, including adding a few that xenu pointed
out that had been missed out. Various action points have been added,
mostly for one or other of us to send follow-up emails to keep nudging
things towards resolution, one way or the other. These will be / have
been sent in due course.
