Can we now discontinue the "non-5.36-blocker" label in our githubrepo?

This label was created to group tickets where changes to Perl between 
5.34 and 5.36 (or perhaps earlier) had caused problems with CPAN 
distributions.  Now that perl-5.36.0 has been released, it seems to me 
that the label is obsolete.  Should we discontinue it?  If so, is there 
any other ticket management action we should take?
