perl 5.36.0-RC1 is now available

We are happy to announce the first release candidate of Perl v5.36.0.

You will soon be able to download Perl 5.36.0-RC1 from your favorite CPAN mirror or find it at:

We expect to release v5.36.0 in the very near future.  Please test this release candidate and let us know of any showstoppers.

*Known problems:*  Right now, you may find Cpanel::JSON::XS failing tests.  We're working on it.
