There was an Old Person whose habits,
  Induced him to feed upon Rabbits;
When he'd eaten eighteen, he turned perfectly green,
Upon which he relinquished those habits.

Verse": Additional limericks for the 1861 edition of "A Book of
       Nonsense"

We are gladdened to announce the first release candidate of version
34.1, the first maintenance release of version 34 of Perl 5.

You will soon be able to download Perl 5.34.1-RC1 from your favourite
CPAN mirror or find it at:

  https://metacpan.org/release/SHAY/perl-5.34.1-RC1/

SHA256 digests for this release are:

  *perl-5.34.1-RC1.tar.gz:
  769d32eae53b36bb4624d7f26e61963bc091561a89e7cadfaeddbd623a7c163e

  *perl-5.34.1-RC1.tar.xz:
  28aa64b9a0377c4e2495a04ece86ad28558e090cffd016a0b63cc270b1589cf2

You can find a full list of changes in the file "perldelta.pod" located
in the "pod" directory inside the release and on the web.

***Please, please, please*** test your code against perl-5.34.1-RC1.
This is your last chance to point out any critical regressions before
v5.34.1 ships "for real," and we'd rather fix things for v5.34.1 than
for v5.34.2!

The final v5.34.1 is expected to ship on 13th March.
