Just create a file called pull_request_template.md in the root of the directory. It can also point to the documentation on how to create a good pull request, how to run tests, etc etc. Does any tool or utility actually read from the AUTHORS file? or is its sole purpose now to be one more thing that a contributor must update, even though no warning is given of this fact in advance? +1000 for getting rid of this test and stopping updates to this file.Thread Previous
