Sorry if this message isn't appropriate for P5P, but I'm unsure where else to ask. I thought my last PR (https://github.com/Perl/perl5/pull/19456) was my first PR. Apparently, it's not. Karl Williamson wrote, in response to me asking if I should add my name to AUTHORS (because a test was failing): > It would be fine for you to update AUTHORS, though in this case it > is more complicated because you have an already existing different > email address there. I will take care of that Turns out that this name is: Curtis Poe <cp@onsitetech.com> That company ceased to exist almost two decades ago, driven into bankruptcy by the 9/11 attack (seriously). However, my MR was submitted with: Ovid <ovid@cpan.org> I think the above name and email are more likely to be permanent. Is just adding `Ovid <ovid@cpan.org>` sufficient? I anticipate submitting many more PRs for tests for the Corinna project and I don't want my name to be something people with commit bits have to stumble on.
