finding a github conversation

If I follow this link from a fresh github email:
  https://github.com/Perl/perl5/pull/19208#discussion_r804997261
it just takes me to the top of the PR.

Is there a way to get directly back to the actual discussion, short
of opening up each of the resolved conversations in turn to see which
diff matches that quoted in the email?

(It may be made harder by the fact that the commits being discussed
were replaced by rebasing several months ago.)

I don't see the '#discussion_r804997261' mentioned in any URL I found
to hover over, nor by inspecting the source for the page.

Alternatively, is there a way to find it back by the message ID?
