pod/perluni* and older perls

Hello,

	`perldoc perldocstyle` says to “Recount the past only when necessary”. Meanwhile, the various perluni* docs are rife with mentions of older perls.

	Should these be removed? It would make those documents more concise, less imposing for newcomers.
