Hello, I am posting this with my "guy who helps organize Perl web services" hat on.

http://perl5.git.perl.org/ still exists as an up-to-date mirror of the GitHub repo.  At this point, what does this serve that would not be adequately served by a redirector or static page saying "please go use GitHub"?
