And this is important for vendor deployments, as in general, if you
execute a script installed in /usr/bin/, provided by your vendor, you
typically don't want it to run under your "local" perl, which likely
doesn't have any of the dependencies that script requires.

Doubly so if something other than you "just happens to run" said script.
