Updating information for perl5-porters-faq mail response

The situation:

Perl is developed on GitHub now. It can be read from pod/perlgit.pod:

> =head1 CLONING THE REPOSITORY
>
> All of Perl's source code is kept centrally in a Git repository at
> I<github.com>.

> You can make a read-only clone of the repository by running:
>
> % git clone git://github.com/Perl/perl5.git perl

but when a newbie sends a mail to <perl5-porters-faq@perl.org> he gets a
reply from the distant September of 2003:

> AUTHORS
> The FAQ was last updated Fri Sep 26 2003.
>
> Its primary author was Simon Cozens. It's currently maintained by Rafael
> Garcia-Suarez.

Of course there is no any information about perl git repo and the
current development process there. It confuses a little bit. So may be
it's time for updating information in such case? If yes what should I
do? Is it necessary to create an issue on GitHub or questions about
perl5-porters mail-list is not for it? Or in whole this email is enough?
