No, it doesn't.  The patch makes no changes to tokenisation; it only
changes the parsing, and only of token sequences that currently error.
The situation you point out is an ambiguity in the language's syntax,
but it's an ambiguity that already exists, and the patch doesn't change
how the ambiguity is resolved.
