Howdy folks, A long while back we talked about trying to make sure perldelta is kept up to date through the release cycle. I'd like to once again request that we try really hard to do that. There were about 140 commits between 5.31.7 and 5.31.8, but perldelta only saw 4 commits from one author (thank you!) As the release manager, it's hard to know which commits are worthy of adding and which ones aren't. And it's often hard to condense the larger commits (or groups of commits) into a sensible changelog. It's important that we get this right for things like security issues and features/improvements because these perldeltas we write will be used to generate the final perldelta for the yearly release. We want these to show how perl is improving and growing! Thanks for your time and your work on Perl 5. Cheers, -- Matthew Horsfall (alh)
