The preceding paragraph should probably be revised as well.  It currently reads:

=head2 Pattern delimiters must now be graphemes

This usage has been deprecated and scheduled for removal in 5.30.  See
L<perldeprecation/Use of unassigned code point or non-standalone
grapheme for a delimiter.>

Should it read something like:  "This usage was previously deprecated and has now been removed in 5.30. See ..."?
