After a recent perl sources pull, I've noticed that the following
tests are now marked as 'TODO passed':

Test Summary Report
-------------------
../cpan/Module-Metadata/t/extract-version.t
(Wstat: 0 Tests: 224 Failed: 0)
  TODO passed: 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, 39, 43, 47
                51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 71, 75, 79, 83, 87
                91, 95, 99, 106, 110, 114, 118, 122, 126
                130, 134, 138, 142, 149, 153, 157, 161
                165, 169, 173, 177, 181, 185, 195, 199
                203
../ext/Devel-Peek/t/Peek.t
(Wstat: 0 Tests: 112 Failed: 0)
  TODO passed: 24, 32, 38, 54, 68, 70, 72, 74
../ext/XS-APItest/t/call_checker.t
(Wstat: 0 Tests: 78 Failed: 0)
  TODO passed: 1

Should the TODO status be removed from them, or is this some
unintended behaviour change?

Best regards,
Sergey Aleynikov
