Re: [perl #116080] Doc issues for system, exec, qx

In perldiag we already have systematic documentation of all the warnings,
listing category and describing in what circumstances they can arise.
Attempting to list the warnings from the other end, in the form of which
warnings can arise from each function and operator, would be crazy,
because internal code factoring means that a lot of warnings can arise
from many places.  This ticket should be closed.
