I'm migrating perl.git/metaconfig.git to a new set of hosts. In the process I'm changing a few things, which may cause unexpected behaviour. At the moment it's also not possible to push to these repos, this should be undone in a bit once I've ensured consistency between old and new environment. The changes: * I'm explicitely splitting up the git and gitweb/rsync/https clones/git protocol clones roles to two hosts, so people abusing gitweb no longer cause git to be unreachable for porters over ssh. * I've redone all our hooks, which could cause slight changes in behaviour for e.g. the mails sent by the post-receive hooks * The new hosts are in a different network.
