  Depending on style guide, no doubt …

  Hyphen should be used in the attributive:  "run-time exception",
"run-time library", "compile-time hints", "compile-time constants",
"compile-time directives", &c.  At a quick glance, the pod mostly seems to
follow this rule.

  In plain noun phrases, there is no such hard-and-fast rule, though I
guess it might be better to stick with one or the other.  The pod currently
doesn't – both forms are abundant.
