It consisted almost entirely of a list of modules broken by the 5.24
context changes that were still broken as of 5.25.0. As far as I'm aware,
they're all been fixed, or officially abandoned by their author etc. I
don't have a list of their statuses any more, as I deleted it a while ago
on the grounds that everything that should have been done had been.

As for the others:

lexical::underscore - well, yes we've removed lexical $_.

"C<mod_perl> has been patched for compatibility for v5.22 and later but no
release has been made."

Steve released mod_perl-2.0.10 in Oct 2016, so I assume this comment no
longer applies.
