I've been waiting on the perldeltas to be coalesced so that I can add the unified dotless-@INC text, and should have jogged you before now. Presumably something is amiss in the RMG? The "usual" procedure is that some time after the last 5.25.x release, all the 5.25.0..n perldeltas are added together into one jumbo perldelta, but with redundant info removed. For example if 5.25.2 says we changed something and 5.25.5 says we changed it back, then both entries get removed from the final combined perldelta. Normally there's then a period of a month or whatever for everyone to proof-read and amend it. Are you in a position to be able to coalesce soon?
