DAVEM TPF grant#2 report #159

The main thing I did last week was change the output format of our
low-level op-dumping code, op_dump() (as used by 'perl -Dx'): it now
displays an 'ASCII-art' tree structure and shows more low-level detail
about each op, such as its class and address.
