Perl 5.22.3-RC5 is now available!

candidate of version 22.3, the third maintenance release of version 22
of Perl 5.

This release is identical to Perl 5.22.3-RC4 except that changes made to
base.pm have been reverted so that it is now identical to the version
that shipped in Perl 5.22.2.  Please see
