Bump Locale-Codes from 3.40 to 3.42

Please note:  I released Locale-Codes-3.41 on Nov 18 and submitted a 
patch to this list.  It has not been applied.  In the meantime, due to a 
change in one of the standards, some common country aliases disappeared, 
so I've released 3.42 to add them back in.

Since the previous patch (Re: PATCH: Bump Locale-Codes from 3.40 to 
3.41) has not been applied, I have just created a new patch to go from 
3.40 to 3.42.  Please apply this one instead of the previous one.

I just released Locale-Codes-3.42 which contains the core modules 
Locale::Country, Locale::Language, and Locale::Currency.  The patch is 
attached here.

Background:

The core modules Locale::Country, Locale::Language, and Locale::Currency 
(all part of the Locale-Codes distribution) should be updated on a 
regular basis. They contain "codes" from various internet standards 
which change over time.

I plan on releasing new versions at 4 times a year to keep the codes 
up-to-date. At this point, I'm not planning on any significant code 
changes (other than bug fixes), so the only significant changes between 
releases should be to update the codes.
