On perl5.git.perl.org, there's currently an rsyncable set of tarballs and patches of older perl versions. Given that these are all in git, I will soon remove all that. The only things that will be kept are things for which rsync is necessary: the currently supported branches. rsync is still used on platforms where git does not work to get the latest version of some branches for testing purposes. Unless someone comes up with a really good reason not to do this, I will proceed with this in a week or so. D.Thread Next
