Doc patch branch for review

I've made a few changes to the OO docs in autarch/oo-doc-ref-patch

The biggest is based on a patch from Lukas Mai in 
https://rt.perl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=116945

This adds back documentation to perlobj on fully qualified method calls 
($mp3->File::save) that I unintentionally removed in my rewrite of perlobj 
in Perl 5.16.

I'm happy to merge to blead myself but I always like to get some review 
first.
