Personally I think the test should be removed completely. It is a test
that is *expected* to SEGV. This means that now on the stderr of a typical
perl build, you get this alarming output:

    sh: line 1:  5106 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) /home/davem/perl5/git/bleed/perl "-I../lib" "tmp5097A" 2>&1

Normally one peruses stderr to look for problems in the build - this is
a scary false positive.
