[perl #129896] the maintainership/upstream situation of theCwd/File::Spec dist is very unclear

Hi Steffen, you've been the last active maintainer of Cwd/File::Spec, but it looks like you've run out of tuits on that one.

We're currently trying to figure out how to enliven development of the dist again. Would you like to be involved with that, or do you think you're out of tuits on this permanently?
