Releasers wanted!

We have enough people to do all the releases of 5.25.x, leading up to
5.26. Probably. However, we still need people to release 5.27.x. This
includes 5.27.1, 5.27.2, 5.27.3, and the rest. Abigail will not be able
to do all of them, Stevan will only be surprised so many times with
"Guess what? You're doing a release today!" and I only have enough
material on Aaron for maybe another release or two.

So we are looking for additional volunteers to make releases. They're
getting easier and easier to do and at the end you feel pretty good
about it.

If you would like to help with a release of 5.27.x in 2017, please let
me know!

If you would like to be a backup in case one of the registered releasers
for 5.25.x needs to tap out, please let me know!
