This is a rare constellation, so the message would largely vanish. But then it should stay a warning. (And it should list all perls in $PATH, as it already does, not just the one that triggered the message. Otherwise it might create the impression that that is the only other perl in $PATH, in exactly the kind of moment where you most need to not be confused about the state of your system.)
