No, that description does not apply to breaking an experimental feature
that we've determined was misconceived.

So you're opposed to any change to smartmatch?  You think we should make
permanent all its present ugliness?

The very purpose of experimental status is to allow us to make this sort
of change.  Do you think we should abolish experimental status?
