A fellow Perl developer and FOSS contributor, Jon Portnoy (AVENJ), has
passed away on August 10th.

I intend the upcoming 5.25.5 and 5.26.0 to carry an obituary for Jon.

If anyone on this list who knew Jon would like to phrase something for
perldelta, I would appreciate it. Let me know in the following week.
