[perl #128618] commit "locale.c: Make locale collation predictionsadaptive" causes gt op SIGFPE

Thanks for reporting this.  It was a division by zero that had happened so far only on Win32  Fixed by e1c30f0c87de26774c1fbe11ab7536e439285070
