Feel free to update RT tickets for 5.26 to pending release

If you were perspicacious enough to hold off on closing tickets that 
weren't fixed until 5.25.0, you can do so now.  All the pending release 
tickets that were to be closed in 5.24.0 have now been set to resolved. 
  (I found 5 that had been marked pending release for 5.26, and left 
them in that state.)

I've written a simple shell script to do this for the next major 
release, and will add to the RMG that this should be done before blead 
is opened.
