What's happening with EU::MM ?

Hi,

5.24.0-RC1 ships with version 7.10_01 of EU::MM.
That version number is "devel" nomenclature - is it envisaged that 
EU-MM-7.10_01 will be the version that's released with 5.24.0 ?
(It wouldn't be the first time that perl has been released with a "devel" 
version of EU::MM, IIRC.)

Since 5.24.0-RC1 was released, EU-MM-7.12 has appeared on CPAN.
But its "Changes" file does not even mention a "7.10_01" version.
What's the correlation between the EU-MM-7.10_01 that shipped with RC1 and 
the EU-MM-7.12 that's currently on CPAN ?
