Yes. Scrolling my console is annoying. I'd rather not see empty unused 
space in the wall of text. My perl has 22 "Compile-time options", 
switching 9 current lines to 22 lines will add half a screenful of text 
to my console (13 lines). The "Compile-time options" indent wastes 
screen space too.
