This is a bug report for perl from frederik@ofb.net,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.40 running under perl 5.22.1.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
[Please describe your issue here]

I just noticed that the documentation I see when I run 'man CGI' no
longer contains the text 'start_html'. Is start_html no longer
necessary to build an HTML document?

Here I find an earlier version (from Perl 5.20.1) with the full "hello
world" example:

http://perldoc.perl.org/CGI.html

Unless I'm missing something, the older version seems much preferable,
since it gives users an example of generating a full web page using
the module.
