So, have you thought about which one you’ll be using for your own code
once this is out in the wild? Do you have an idea for what kind of thing
will be a non-`default` warning, and when you will be enabling that kind
of warning? Or when you’ll recommend to others to enable it?

So far we’ve always just blanket-told novices “always use strict and
warnings” when they would post to ask about problems with their code.
What will we tell them in the future? How is the culture around this
thing supposed to work?
