perl 5.22.0 release status

Just FYI:

We're currently in the burn-in period of 5.22.0 RC2, waiting for problems to
crop up.  I've got my eye on http://analysis.cpantesters.org/beforemaintrelease

I'd like to see more than 3,072 test reports collected, though.

Actually, I think I'd be happy to see 5.22.0-RC1 reports in there, given that
the differences are so small, and largely fix broken builds.

Anyway, that is all.  Please fire a flare on any showstoppers.
