DAVEM TPF grant#2 report #81

I spent a bit of time proof-reading perldelta, then spent the rest of the
week beginning work on a general overhaul of perl's context stack system -
i.e. all the PUSHBLOCK/PUSHSUB stuff - which has acquired a lot of cruft
over the years, and which has problems with freeing things in the right
order and the right number of times on croaking and/or calling
destructors, tie methods etc. I'm doing this under the general aegis of
the ticket
