My smoke logs show

TSTENV = locale:univ.utf8	Files=2408, Tests=713050, 2076 wallclock secs (438.18 usr 41.62 sys + 2948.63 cusr 200.43 csys = 3628.86 CPU)

(or similar), but at least they include the WC
test vs test_harness?
