../cpan/IPC-Cmd/t/01_IPC-Cmd.t and ../cpan/Time-HiRes/t/usleep.t are 
race conditions, I can reproduce ../cpan/IPC-Cmd/t/01_IPC-Cmd.t once in 
a while.
