Smoker thought it was done so it must've been running back when my machine 
had power switch problems and kept turning off.  The current version of 
my smoker script on the Win32 VM marks branches prior to finishing so it 
can miss them if interrupted.  That'll be fixed once I update it to what 
the Linux smoker currently uses.
