"Ah! I see it now!" I shrieked. "You have seized the throne and the
empire. Woe! woe to you who are crowned with the crown of the King in
Yellow!"

    -- Robert W. Chambers, The King in Yellow, Act I, Scene 2.

We are pleased to announce perl 5.18.3 RC2, the second release candidate of
perl v5.18.3.

You will soon be able to download Perl 5.18.3 RC2 from your
favorite CPAN mirror or find it at:

https://metacpan.org/release/RJBS/perl-5.18.3-RC2/

SHA1 digests for this release are:

  1b03d71c8e21657bb252f1f4c34db8d310e9ae98  perl-5.18.3-RC2.tar.bz2
  c0909ceb94d63c006cf9e28c16529cda6cc70e0e  perl-5.18.3-RC2.tar.gz

The entire change between RC1 and RC2 is a documentation fix and a change to
building SDBM with g++.

If no problems are reported, I hope to release 5.18.3 on October 1, 2014.
